Dehradun: Another sad news has surfaced amidst the Corona crisis in which former Uttarakhand Education Minister and veteran Congress leader Narendra Singh Bhandari passed away last night. He breathed his last at his residence at Balbhadrapur in Kotdwar. Narendra Singh Bhandari served as Education Minister in the Narayan Dutt Tiwari Government from 2002 to 2007. He was also an MLA from Pauri.
