Dehradun: In Haldwani district of Uttarakhand, a young businessman Nazim Khan, who was going from Scooty with a female friend, was shot dead by bike-riding youths near Amritpur-Chandadevi turn on Bhimtal road. This incident took place in broad daylight. The attackers fired at the businessman's right eye, which ripped out the head. The police is questioning the businessman's female friend in custody.
