BJP MP Subramanian Swamy has challenged the Chardham Management Act in the High Court. He has filed a petition in the court against all the power of the government. Due to which it seems that the Chardham Devasthanam Act can increase the difficulties of the government. Today, the High Court has issued a notice to the Central Government, State Government, and CEO Chardham Devasthanam Board after hearing the whole matter. The court has said that all the parties should file their reply within three weeks. During the hearing today, the petitioner Subramanian Swamy said before the court that the CEO of the board has been appointed last night.

The hearing of this whole case is going on. Till then any action should be banned. The court has asked the government to file an answer on this matter as well. Let the state government pass the Chardham Devasthanam Act. In which 51 temples were included. This was strongly opposed by the panda-priests.

Apart from this, the BJP's Rajya Sabha MP has challenged the government's actions in the High Court, saying that this act of the state government is unconstitutional and also violates the order of 2014 of the Supreme Court.
