Recently, the case of crime is reported from Rudrapur in Uttarakhand. In this case, the first Upper District Judge Sanjeev Kumar sentenced the four accused to life imprisonment in the case of robbery and murder that took place seven years ago.

It has been reported that 14 witnesses were produced in the court by Assistant District Government Advocate Deepak Arora and Assistant District Government Advocate Deepak Arora told that Kanhaiya, a resident of Puranpur, Pilibhit, lived with his wife and sister-in-law in the house of Bakhtawar Singh, resident of Karauli Sitarganj. Kanhaiya's wife and sister-in-law used to work for Bakhtawar's house. On 1 April 2013, Bakhtawar Singh went to Bilaspur in-laws with his wife and had children at home.

Further, he also said, 'Meanwhile Kanhaiya went to Bakhtawar's house along with his three friends Puranpur Pilibhit resident Anil Kumar, Tinku and Gorakhpur resident Rohit and put a cloth in the mouth of his nine-year-old daughter Jyoti Kaur in a dying room. Bakhtawar's second seven-year-old daughter Gurpreet Kaur was intimidated and locked in another room. The accused sent Bakhtawar's son Rajdeep outside on the pretext of feeding them in the shop. The four accused looted Bakhtawar's house and escaped. '

Not long after this case happened, Bakhtawar's brother Jaswant Singh reached there with his friend, Jyoti was lying in the room in dead condition. When he removed Gurpreet from another room, he informed about the whole incident and after this he complained to the police, on which the police registered a case of murder and robbery against the four people. Now, in this case, the court sentenced the accused to three years imprisonment under section 363, a fine of five thousand rupees, a ten-year sentence under section 376 (2d) and a fine of 50 thousand rupees, a five-year sentence under section 366 and 10. Sentenced to a fine of a thousand rupees.
