Dehradun: A teenager of Nepali origin died after a fire broke out in a vehicle parked near Vikas Bhavan late on Tuesday night due to increasing incidents. After the fire incident, 3 youths are absconding from the scene of the incident. On information, the fire team somehow managed to control the fire. By then the teenager died. As per police information, at around 11 pm on Tuesday night, 4 boys and a girl of Nepali origin were lighting a fire near the treasury office Uttarkashi, but here in the last few years, Tata Sumo Max stands in a bad state. The girl playing with the boys, Kumari Shanti daughter Mangal Singh resident Chungi, about 13 years of age, caught fire. Along with the fire on clothes, the vehicle also caught fire.

Three boys escaped from the scene after witnessing the horrific fire: According to the sources, the fire on the old vehicle became a rage. The teenager died due to burning in the fire. Seeing the horrific fire at the scene, 3 boys (name and address unknown) escaped from the spot. While the teenager's brother, Devu, aged 8, screamed crying at the scene. Seeing the huge fire in the vehicle, the Treasury Security Guard informed the police and the Fire Service.

The fire team reached Mokay somehow managed to control the fire on the vehicle. Police captured the body of a burnt teenager in a vehicle. Police started the investigation by registering a case of IPC Section 304A non-willful murder in police station against 3 youths who are absconding from the scene of the incident.
