Vaani Kapoor is celebrating the success of her previous film War till now. She says, "2019 was fortunate for me in terms of a blockbuster film as a war. I have been very fortunate to be a part of this film which has made many records at the box office and entertains the people of India. Even though I had a small role in the film, it was meaningful in terms of theme and this film gave me an opportunity to grow and make my own identity. ”

Vani is now set to appear in a new style in director Karan Malhotra's mega action entertainer Shamshera. Along with this, the film Shamshera is a period film in which Ranbir Kapoor can be seen as a bandit. In the film, Vani's character is of a gimmick who roams in cities, villages and towns to make people crazy with her savory acts. Along with this, the film Shamshera, which is going to release on July 31, features Sanjay Dutt as Villain.
