Vaishali Takkar sudden demise left the televison industry in a shock. Everyday there is new revelation about her. Vaishali Takkar died by suicide on October 16. Her on-screen husband Nishant Singh Malkani has now shared that her ex- boyfriend threatened to leak their intimate pictures.

Reportedly, her ex-boyfriend Rahul Navlani and his wife Disha have been detained by the Indore police. Rahul used to threaten her, saying “tera ghar nahin basne dunga” according to her brother, who is in great anguish. Nishant Singh Malkani, a close friend of the late actress, recently said that Vaishali was seeing a doctor for mental health treatment because she was sad.

Nishant said, “Rahul was not letting her move on. She was in a depression. She had consulted a psychiatrist. I now realise the magnitude of her problem, when I get to hear things such as Rahul wanting to show their intimate pictures to her to-be husband. Intimacy happens if you are in a relationship, but that does not mean that you threaten to share those moments with anybody else if you break up.”

He further added, “She wanted to associate herself with someone who really cared for her and when she finally zeroed down on the guy she was supposed to marry in November, she was very happy. Rahul had two kids but refused to let her go. But the irony was that even Rahul’s wife Disha kept blaming her and not her husband.”

Vaishali Takkar is best known for playing the role of Anjali Bharadwaj in Sasural Simar Ka, Shivani Sharma in Super Sisters, Netra Singh Rathore in Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara and Ananya Mishra in Manmohini 2. Vaishali Takkar’s debut in TV was Star Plus's longest running drama Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in which she played Sanjana.
