One of the most love duos in Bollywood Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are setting major couple goals on Diwali. They celebrated their first Diwali as husband and wife. Vicky Kaushal also took to the social media and shared a photo from his at-home celebration with Katrina.
Vicky shared the pictures of their Diwali Puja. In the picture, Katrina and Vicky, dressed in traditional, are seen performing Lakshmi puja, as a part of the Diwali rituals. Sharing the photo, Vicky referred to Katrina as his ‘ghar ki Lakshmi’ (an oft-used term used for the woman of the house in India) . He captioned the picture and wrote, “Ghar ki Lakshmi ke sath Lakshmi puja ho gayi. Aap sabhi ko humari taraf se subh Dipawali (Lakshmi puja was done with the Lakshmi of the house. Happy Diwali to all of you from us.)
As soon as it catches the eyes of people they started commenting on it. Bhumi Pednekar, Mukesh Chhabra and Nimrat Kaur among others dropped heart emojis in the comment section. A fan wrote, “Happy Diwali vickat to u and ur family and all of you guys.” “These two are just so cuteee.. ,”
Recently the duo also celebrated their first Karva Chauth Katrina in an interview also discloses that Vicky also kept fast for her. The actress said , “The sweetest thing was that, of course, Vicky was also fasting. Yes, he also fasted. That, he wouldn’t… I’m sure he wouldn’t have (let me do it alone), and
he didn’t even… it’s not like I asked him to do it all. I didn’t say anything. He did it himself, so that was sweet and of course, our… his parents were also over, so it was our first… because it was our first year of marriage, there is pooja which happens and all that. So, that was lovely.”
On the personal front, The couple got married at the Six Senses Resort, Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan on December 9, 2021. On the professional front both of them have several projects in the pipeline.
