Jaipur: The government of Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has taken a unique initiative. The government has made a new announcement to make the love marriage of loving couples easier and to provide great relief to the specially-abled people of the state. Now a gift will be given by the Congress government for making 80 percent specially-abled persons in the state life partners. The government has announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to such a couple. 

Along with this, the government has also increased the amount of financial assistance given for inter-caste marriages from Rs.5 lakh to Rs.10 lakh. Chief Minister Gehlot has also tried to promote mass marriage conferences. He has increased the grant amount payable under the Collective Marriage Grant Scheme from Rs 18 thousand to Rs 25 thousand per couple. Families belonging to different societies, castes, and religions participate in mass marriages and realize the spirit of unity in diversity and marry at least 25 couples, then an additional assistance of Rs 10 lakh will be given for the event.

Let us tell you that assembly elections are to be held in Rajasthan this year. The tradition of change of power after every 5 years is going on here for a long time. But this time Congress wants to break the age-old tradition and once again return to power in the state. For this, the CM and his entire Congress party are doing everything possible. Recently, Chief Minister Gehlot has tried to provide relief to every section in the budget. Budget announcements have been made keeping in mind all sections.
