In the summer season, if you want to eat something cold, then enjoy ice cream at home. Today we are going to tell you the recipe of vanilla ice cream which is very easy and you can feed everyone by making it at home.  


Ingredients for making vanilla ice cream-
Heavy Cream - 1 cup
Flower Cream Milk - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup (70 g)


Method of making vanilla ice cream - First of all, put the milk in the pot and keep it warm, save a little bit of milk, 2-3 tbsp milk in the glass. After this, add cornflour to the remaining milk in the glass and dissolve until the kernels are finished. Now, when the milk comes to a boil, add the cornflour solution to it and mix well and cook the milk continuously with a spoon until it is thick for 5-6 minutes (take the spoon to the bottom of the pot so that the milk does not fall at the bottom of the pot).

After this, when the milk thickens, turn off the gas and let the milk cool down. Now whip the cream, place the cup of cream on top of another cup in which the ice cube is kept, whip the cream for 2 minutes with the help of an electric hand blender, now add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence to it and whip it for 1 minute, now add powdered sugar and whip it for 1 minute. Now add the cold milk to it and mix it well and 1. Leave it in the freezer for 5 to 2 hours.

Now after 2 hours remove the mixture from the freezer and whip it once again for 3-4 minutes, and now put the mixture in the container and keep it in the freezer for 5-6 hours. The eggless vanilla ice cream recipe is very ready.
