Ingredients for making Lassi-

Curd: 2 cups (250 grams)
Milk: 1 cup (150 grams)
Sugar: 50 grams
Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp
Saffron: 7-8 grains
Rose water: 1 teaspoon
Fine dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews): 2-3 tsp (Optional)

Method of making Lassi- To make Lassi, first put the curd in a big and deep vessel. After that mix it with a wooden blender for 5 minutes. After that put sugar in it and mix it well again. Now add cold milk to it and mix it again for 4-5 minutes. And you will see that the lassi has started foaming. After this add fine saffron, dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts) and rose water and mix it. Now take it out in the glass and garnish it with some almonds, pistachios and some saffron seeds. Take our creamy lassi is ready. Keep in mind that use fresh curd and you can also use water instead of milk on the lassi, although the lassi does not foam as much when water is added. You can add dry fruits as per your choice.
