Varun Dhawan has written in his post- "920 & 2020 The world has been through this before. We have to help our doctors, police force and front line warriors. Based on Worldometer elaboration of the latest United Nations data. India 2020 population is estimated at 1,380,004,385 people at mid-year according to UN data. India population is equivalent to 17.7% of the total world population. We all have to take responsibility." The pandemic spread in the year 1920 was Spanish flu, which is also known as the 1918 flu pandemic. H1N1 influenza was a deadly epidemic caused by a virus and in February 1918 the virus started spreading and remained in existence till April 1920.

This epidemic infected 500 million people, which was about one-third of the entire population of the world at that time. The death toll due to this epidemic was probably more than 100 million, making it one of the deadliest epidemics in human history. Like corona, this virus was spread when an infected person sneeze or cough. Travel was a major reason for the spread of this flu worldwide. Now talking about Varun's work, Varun Dhawan's previous release was 'Street Dancer 3D' film. His next film is 'Coolie Number One', which is a remake of his father David Dhawan's Govinda-Karishma Kapoor starrer film released in 1995.
