Recipe: Breakfast on Stuffed Vegetable Paratha Roll

Breakfast is the first meal of the day and it should be healthy and nutritious. So today we have brought for you Bharwa Sabzi Paratha Roll Recipe.

Ingredients- 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk and 1 big spoon oil.

For stuffing

1/4 cup carrots finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped beetroot

1/4 cup onion finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum

1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce

1/2 tsp Coriander finely chopped

1/2 tsp white sesame seeds, salt as per taste, 1 tsp oil. Combine all ingredients.

To decorate- 1 big spoon of oil dressing 1 big spoon oil, garlic, chilli, onion, black pepper, basil, red chilli crushed, salt and vinegar mixed, remove the white part of the lemon peel and cut into round slices and grated cheese

Method of preparation- Knead all the ingredients except the stuffing and decorating. Heat the griddle. Make thin parathas by making small dough balls. Likewise, prepare the rest of the parathas and take them out in the plate. Combine the stuffing. Spread 2 tbsp of the stuffing on the prepared parathas and roll it. Make oil dressing on a roll and serve the cheese.
