TRAI's order: LIn January 2022 this year, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has also submitted an order. It had ordered all telecom companies to keep at least one plan voucher, a special tariff voucher and a combo voucher with a validity of not 28 days but a full 30 days. Customers can recharge these plans again the next month on the same date on which they bought their current plan.
