In the viral video, angry customers are also abusing the restaurant staff. Angry customers are alleging that the biryani rice was washed in toilet water. The commode is also visible in the video, with a bucket and a mug placed on its side. In this, rice can be seen in a bucket right next to the toilet. According to reports, some customers went to the bathroom and saw the restaurant staff washing rice for biryani with toilet water. In such a situation, many people went out of there without eating anything. The video of this incident is becoming fiercely viral on social media, on which people are commenting in various ways. Some are even saying that no action will be taken against the owner of this restaurant.
According to the report of Opindia, Akbar, the owner of this restaurant has told that the incident took place on Friday (21 April 2023). He further told that it was the day of Eid and the water motor was lying broken. Because of this, they had kept the water filled in buckets. Giving clarification, Akbar said that due to lack of coordination between his kitchen staff and sweepers, people got misunderstood. Along with this, Akbar also talked about the inspection of the restaurant by the officials.
