They have placed 'decibel meters' on the traffic signals which are controlling the traffic lights. Indeed, the Mumbai Police has put these 'decibel meters' on the traffic signal so that the noise from the horns of the vehicles on the road can be minimized. Let us tell you that the level of 85 decibels has been set in this meter and if the horn noise is more than this, then the waiting time will automatically increase by 90 seconds.
