A lady, who is a ragpicker in Bengaluru, has gone viral on social media for her English speaking skills and profound voice. An Instagram user named Shachina Heggar, uploaded a video on social media of the woman, identified as Cecilia Margaret Lawrence who speaks fluent English claimed she has lived in Japan for six years. 

Cecilia was seen rag picking in Bengaluru's Sadashivnagar, and during a discussion with Shachina, she started singing, leaving everyone amazed. While sharing the video, Shachina wrote, ?Stories are always around you. All you need to do is just stop and look around.
