In a tweet, he said, "the arrival of spectators at the stadium has been banned to watch the T20 match, but lakhs of devotees are exempted from coming to Kumbh in Uttarakhand. At the same time, Digvijay wrote in a tweet, "Thousands of spectators stopped when they came to the stadium on watching T20 cricket matches due to the growing fury of corona but lakhs of devotees in Kumbh were exempted from Uttarakhand!! Thank you". In fact, during the T20 matches between India and England, it was seen that the audience did not wear masks. Not only that but also in the stadium, social dissing was not followed.

There was a continuous violation of the Corona protocol. In view of this, the Gujarat Cricket Association has taken this decision. It has also been said that the Gujarat Cricket Association will refund, the policy will be framed to refund the audience money. Recently, on behalf of the GCA, it has been said that the T20 matches on 16th, 18th, and 20th March will be played without spectators. '
