With the first glance, Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh's Pan India project Liger (Saala Crossbreed) will 'Aag Laga Denge' this New Year. The much-anticipated teaser promises to be one of the most action-packed films ever made. The trailer portrays the tale of a Mumbai slumdog who rises through the ranks of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) to become a champion.

The journey and metamorphosis, on the other hand, appear to be quite encouraging. Liger's first appearance opens with an MMA announcer introducing Vijay Deverakonda as Liger, giving the role all the gravitas it deserves. "Let me introduce you to the Indian boy... Slum Dog Of Mumbai's Streets... Liger... The Chai Wala..."

The highlight included lines like "We are Indians" and a goosebumps moment as he enters the arena carrying the Indian flag. The other sentence, "Vaat Lagaa Denge," encapsulates his aggressive demeanour.

Vishnu Sarma is the cinematographer for Liger, while Kecha from Thailand is the stunt director. Liger stars Ananya Panday as the female lead, as well as Ramya Krishnan and Ronit Roy. The film will be dubbed in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam and will be released in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

On August 25, 2022, the Pan India Movie will showcase the finest of India to theatres all over the world. Surprisingly, Vijay Deverakonda's ground-breaking film Arjun Reddy was released on August 25th, 2017 as well.

Now it's up to Vijay Deverakonda to see if 25 will repeat his luck and become another cult, legendary, and trendsetting film. The planned Pan-India project is being co-produced by Bollywood's renowned production firm Dharma Productions and Puri Connects. The film is co-financed by Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta.
