The much awaited film 'Kadaisi Vivasayi,' directed by Manikandan and starring actor Vijay Sethupathi, will be released on February 11 this year.

The film's co-producer is actor Vijay Sethupathi, also known as 'Makkal Selvan,' who plays the lead in 'Kadaisi Vivasayi.' Vijay Sethupathi Productions, his production company, stated on Twitter on Sunday, "On February 11, the much-anticipated film 'Kadaisi Vivasayi' will be released. Get ready!"

Manikandan wrote, filmed, directed, and produced the film 'Kadaisi Vivasayi,' which translates to 'The Last Farmer.'  For quite some time, the film has been ready for release. In actuality, the film, which features Ilaiyaraaja's music and Thota Tharani's art direction, was completed in December 2019.

However, the pandemic hit, and the film's premiere was repeatedly postponed. The film will now be released on February 11th, according to the production team.
