South superstar Thalapathy Vijay's film 'The Greatest of All Time' (GOAT) has not lived up to the expectations of the audience. The film was released on September 5 and could not earn much at the box office even on the ninth day. The audience was waiting for this film for a long time, but its collection disappointed everyone. It is being said that this could be Thalapathy Vijay's second last film, as there are reports that after doing another political thriller film, he will enter politics and say goodbye to films.

It was believed that this film would surpass Thalapathy's superhit film 'Leo'. But when we look at the collection of the ninth day, it has managed to earn an estimated Rs 6.50 crore only. After the first week, there was a continuous decline in the collection of the film, and the film did not perform well even in the second weekend.

GOAT could not cross the 200 crore mark: 'The Greatest of All Time' has not been able to cross the 200 crore mark at the domestic box office so far. Before the release, the pre-booking of the film's tickets was great and it seemed that the film would rock the box office. The film stars actors like Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Ajmal Ameer, Mohan, Meenakshi Choudhary, Sneha and Laila along with Thalapathy. It is a science-fiction action drama film directed by Venkat Prabhu. The film has so far collected Rs 340.50 crore worldwide. Even before its release, the film had earned Rs 50 crore through pre-booking, which was a new record for the Tamil film industry.
