Saif Ali Khan and Vikram Vedha are all set for their film Vikram Vedha. Vikram Vedha is a remake of R Madhavan’s Tamil film which became a huge blockbuster. The film hit the screen but Hrithik Roshan’s film opens with a slow start on its day first but on the day second, it sees a slight growth.

On its day first After collecting 10.58 crores on Friday, it was a better Saturday for Vikram Vedha. Yes, the collections needed to jump by at least 30%-40% in order to find some sort of a standing but though that didn’t quite happen, a jump was there for sure and that counted. The film collected 13 crores

The total earnings of the film have now reached 23.58 crores and in pre-pandemic times, this would have been the bare minimum expectations from the Day One collection of Vikram Vedha.

Vikram Vedha is based on the story of the folklore Vikram and Betaal.  Here Vikram is played by Saif an Honest officer and  Hrithik a Vedha. Saif motive is to catch Vedha and in the folk tale, Vikram ventures into the deep dark forest to retract Betaal, a looming soul attached to a tree, to present him in front of a saint and help his kingdom.

Vikram Vedha stars Hrithik Roshan and  Saif Ali Khan. The film also stars Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf, Yogita Bihani, and Sharib Hashmi. Directed by Pushkar-Gayatri, Vikram Vedha is the Hindi remake of their 2017 Tamil film of the same name. It is a remake, the original film which starred R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi was a massive hit. Filmmaker duo Pushkar and Gayatri, who directed the original too.
