Raipur: A controversy has erupted after a video of some villagers taking an oath against Muslims in Chhattisgarh went viral. The police has started investigating the matter after receiving the complaint of the viral video. In fact, on January 1, some people had reached a village in the Lundra police station area for a picnic, where they got into a fight with a local villager. Thereafter, the criminals assaulted the villager and his family members.

In the same case, the police registered a complaint and arrested six youths and they were sent to jail after appearing before the court. However, they were later released and released. The villagers were angry with the bail of the criminals. The villagers cordoned off lundra police station and alleged that the police had registered a case under minor sections while the victim belonged to the tribal community. It was only by making a weak case that the criminals were easily released. Not only that, the villagers then took an oath deciding not to have any connection with the religion of the criminals. The same video of the oath is now taking place on social media.

In the viral video, some people are seen taking the oath with their hands forward. They are talking about not having any kind of relation with Muslims. They are saying that they will not have any relation with them (people from the religious community of criminals). They will not buy things from the shops of people associated with that religion, nor will they sell land to them. The matter is being investigated by the police.
