New Delhi: After winning the Test series against Bangladesh, the Indian cricket team is now going to play a three-match T20 series with the West Indies. The West Indies team is scheduled to play three T20s and three ODIs between December 6 and December 22 on their tour to India. On this, former batsman VVS Laxman says that now it will be very interesting to see where the team management sends Lokesh Rahul to play after the return of captain Virat Kohli in T20.

Kohli was rested from the T20 series against Bangladesh. Laxman said in a program that, "The biggest question is if Kohli is back and Rahul is batting well at number three, then where will Rahul bat now. I believe that Rahul should open with Rohit Sharma needed."

After scoring 52 runs in the third T20 match against Bangladesh, Rahul has scored two half-centuries in six matches of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Laxman has also said that he is very happy with the performance of Shreyas Iyer, who has done great batting in the T20 series against Bangladesh.
