Famous music composer Wajid Khan died at the age of 42. He was battling kidney-related diseases for the past several days and was admitted in Hospital. He breathed his last at a hospital in Mumbai city on Monday morning. Musician Salim Merchant has confirmed the news of his death on social media. Bhojpuri actress Kajal Raghavani has also shared a post on her Instagram expressing grief over the demise of Wajid. Kajal has expressed condolences to Wajid and his family by sharing some pictures of Sajid-Wajid.

Wajid Khan has also sung songs in many films including 'Dabangg', 'Wanted', 'Veer', 'No Problem', 'God Tussi Great Ho', 'Partner'. The duo of Sajid-Wajid has done many excellent films like 'Ek Tha Tiger', 'Dabangg', 'Dabangg 2', 'Dabangg 3', 'Partner', 'Son of Sardar', 'Rowdy Rathore', 'Housefull 2'. Salman gave the Sajid-Wajid duo plenty of opportunities in his films.

Wajid was struggling with kidney problem, he was tested corona positive during the treatment of kidney. He was Corona positive for the last one week. However, the cause of his death is said to be a heart attack. For the last several years, apart from kidney, he was also suffering from heart problems which ultimately became the reason for his death.
