Kangana Ranaut is one of the most loved actresses in Bollywood and remains in news for different reasons. The actress is all set for her coming movie Emergency. Even before the release of the movie it remains in news. At this time when everybody is Boycotting the films of Bollywood. This is movie is getting positive feedback from people.  Kangana Ranaut has kickstarted the filming of ‘Emergency’ in Assam. The film is her second directorial after her 2019 release ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’.

Kangana sharing the picture wrote, “Night shifts #Emergency". For the unversed, a sequence of the upcoming film will be shot in Assam. For the same, Kangana had recently visited Assam for location hunting. The actress visited places like Kaziranga and Karbi Anglong in Assam.

Kangana also met Chief Minister Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma. She wrote, “Such a delight to meet Honourable Chief Minister Assam, Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma ji…. / He extended his support for our team as we begin our outdoor schedule / very soon in various locations across Assam ... Such an honour and privilege to get his support and encouragement.”

 

Speaking about Emergency, It is the biography of formal Prime Minister, Kangana Ranaut has earlier revealed the first looks of several characters in Emergency. In the film, Kangana will play the role of late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, while Shreyas Talpade will essay the role of late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Anupam will play revolutionary leader J P Narayan and Mahima Chaudhry will be seen as a cultural activist and Indira Gandhi’s confidante Pupul Jayakar.
