The highly-awaited teaser of 'Pushpa' has been released on Saturday. Allu Arjun's upcoming film, Pushpa, is all set to hit the screens. The film was supposed to release last year only but got postponed due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus. Now, makers have unveiled his first-look poster of Pushpa ahead of his birthday (April 8) which has become a huge hit on the internet.
In the teaser, the superstar Allu Arjun is seen running in the forest. One can see that his face is covered and hands are tied up. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and is helmed by Sukumar. The small glimpse of Allu Arjun running has ended leaving everyone in curiosity by announcing that the real introduction of the lead's character will be out on April 7. Sharing the teaser, the makers captioned "Meet the ferocious #PushpaRaj on 7th April at 6:12 PM." Talking about the stars and their characters, Fahadh Faasil is the antagonist and it will be interesting to see him face off against Allu Arjun. Whereas Rashmika and Allu Arjun will share the screen space for the first time.

The film is being produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media, and also stars Prakash Raj and Jagapathi Babu in key roles. The film is reportedly based on the red sandalwood smugglers and is slated to release in Telugu along with dubbed versions in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam languages on August 13, 2021.
