Vijay Deverakonda is one of the most loved actors in the South Industry. He made his bollywood debut in the film ‘Liger’ but the film proved a disaster as Box office. The actor recently attended an event as a chief guest on Sunday and opened up about bouncing back after the failure of his last release Liger, Vijay said that he hasn’t gone anywhere to make a comeback and that he’s right here.

In his speech, Vijay said, “Wherever I go, fans keep saying, anna, you have to give a comeback. I wanted to tell you, I didn’t go anywhere.” As a video from the event surfaced online, fans replied to his statement with fire emojis. One fan commented that he wishes he had the same confidence as Vijay in life. His fan started showering their love on him. As the audience started cheering for him in the event after the speech.

 

Vijay recently received an award after Liger’s failure. Receiving the award he said,  “We all have good days, we all have not-so-good days, we all have sh**ty days. But irrespective of how we feel, we need to get up. Maybe I didn’t want to be here, taking this award. But I came here and as I speak to you, I promise that I will get the job done for all of you, and you will be entertained. And great cinema will be made. Thank you.”

Speaking of Liger, a sports drama released on August 25. The film marks Vijay's debut in Hindi cinema and Ananya's first multi-lingual film. The film will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. It is produced by Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta.
