Bhopal: Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge held an important meeting with party leaders from Madhya Pradesh in Delhi, in which party leaders Rahul Gandhi and Madhya Pradesh Congress unit president Kamal Nath, former CM Digvijay Singh and other leaders were also present. The meeting discussed the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh. After the meeting, Rahul Gandhi claimed that we will repeat the performance of Karnataka in MP and win 150 seats. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan hit back at Rahul Gandhi's claim and said, "pakate raho khayali pulao."

In fact, Rahul Gandhi had said after the meeting, "There was a long discussion in our meeting, our internal assessment is that we have won 136 seats in Karnataka and now we are going to get 150 seats in the Madhya Pradesh elections." What we did in Karnataka, we will repeat in MP. At the same time, Kamal Nath said that there are about 4 months left in the Madhya Pradesh elections. In this meeting, the future of Madhya Pradesh and important issues of the state were discussed. We will enter the electoral field keeping in mind the issues of the people.

Now CM Shivraj Singh responded to Rahul Gandhi's claims and said, 'man ko behlane ko khayal acha hai'. BJP is going to win 200 seats in Madhya Pradesh.
