Bhubaneshwar: Continuation of natural disasters continues amid global epidemic coronavirus. Sometimes earthquake shocks and sometimes cyclonic storms are knocking in different areas of the country. After the Amphan storm, once again, the threat of a new cyclonic storm is looming over Odisha. The Meteorological Department has issued a new storm warning.
According to the department, a cyclonic circulation is seen to form southward between 2.1 km and 5.8 km in maritime areas including the interiors and surrounding areas of Odisha. The meteorological department has given information that the trough at sea level runs from northwestern Rajasthan to north Madhya Pradesh, northern parts of Chhattisgarh, southern areas of Jharkhand and northern parts of Odisha to the northwestern Bay of Bengal and this sea-level Is becoming 1.5 km above.
It is reported that it can move towards the north-west in the next three days. The department is constantly monitoring this and as a precaution, people have been asked to stay away from the beach. Even before this cyclonic storm has created havoc in West Bengal and Odisha.
