New Delhi: Only one day is left until the month of April begins. But, this time, summer is going to knock late. The Meteorological Department has also expressed the possibility of heavy rains in the entire north of India for the next few days. There is also a possibility of hailstorms in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and East Rajasthan.
