New Delhi: Kapil Gurjar, a young man who was shot dead in the Shaheen Bagh area of Delhi in the midst of a protest demonstration over the revised citizenship law, was granted bail on Friday by a Delhi court. He has been granted bail on a bond of 25 thousand. Kapil is a resident of Dallupura village. He was returned to his house after getting bail. He was strongly welcomed among the drums and drums in the village. Its two videos are going viral on social media.

It appears that the receptionist is a friend of Kapil. He is seen trying to dance her. In the second video, Kapil is seen hugging his friends. Let us tell you that after hearing the arguments of the police and the lawyers appearing on behalf of the accused, the court granted bail to Kapil Gurjar on Friday. Additional Sessions Judge Gulshan Kumar said, "Keeping in view all the facts and circumstances, the accused Kapil Bainsla is granted bail on deposit of bail bonds of Rs 25,000 and securities of the same amount." Kapil's lawyer told the court that his client has deep penetration in society and there is no possibility of him absconding. It also said that no case has been registered against him before.

The application further stated that the applicant has the responsibility of his wife and minor children and there is no purpose in keeping them in judicial custody. The police opposed the bail petition. He said that the allegations against Kapil Bainsla are of serious nature and the case is in the initial stage. On February 1, Bainsla opened fire in Shaheen Bagh. On being caught by the police, Bainsla had raised the slogan of 'Jai Shri Ram' and said, 'No one else will run in our country, only Hindus will do.'
