The BJP says, 'Mamata Banerjee has got Z plus security.'

This is followed by an advanced pilot car. In this also, there are officers of the rank of Sub Inspector of the District Police. After this the convoy has a pilot car again, in which Jill is a sub-inspector of police. This is followed by the Direct of Security car. Then there is the VIP car, two escort cars and then the jammer car, and lastly, the spare VIP car, which consists of DSP-level officers. After all such tight security, how has this incident happened?
