Coronavirus is spreading very fast in India. Amidst the growing threat of this deadly virus, Bengal CM and Trinamool Congress supremo Mamta Banerjee held an all-party meeting on Monday to discuss this epidemic with all political parties. Representatives of 11 parties including the opposition BJP, CPI (M), Congress took part in this all-party meeting held at the state secretariat in Navan. During this, the Chief Minister informed him in detail about the steps taken by the state government to fight against Corona. After this, representatives of all the parties took turns to speak.

According to the media report, all the parties thanked the Chief Minister for calling the first all-party meeting. Also, assured the Chief Minister that in this time of crisis, he will support whatever steps the state government will take to combat this epidemic. Most of the parties also praised the steps taken by the state government to deal with Corona.

After this, all the parties present in the meeting took turns to speak and demanded to take various steps in the interest of the people. Sujan Chakraborty, leader of the CPI-M Legislature Party, said that during the lockdown in the state, people should not have any problem in rationing etc. and demanded its arrangement. At the same time, due to Corona, they demanded to manage the food etc. of the workers coming from outside and needy people here. At the same time, he also raised the issue of no cooperation from the Center in dealing with Corona and raised the demand of the state government to take pressure on the Center by taking all the parties together.
