Kolkata: The nomination has been filed by Suvendu Adhikari from Nandigram today. In such a situation, he is accompanied by Union Ministers Smriti Irani, Babul Supriyo, and Dharmendra Pradhan. He is going to compete with TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee from the Nandigram seat. Now meanwhile, today, Union Minister Smriti Irani has addressed Mamata Banerjee while giving an address. Attacking Mamata Banerjee, Smriti Irani said, 'Nandigram is speaking, Jai Shri Ram is in everyone's mouth. It is with this belief that the woman who imagines Ram Raj is respected. Is of pride. Ram Raj's imagination is to bring development to every person.'

Indeed, Union Minister Smriti Irani was also present in the presence of Shubhendu Adhikari at the public meeting held in Haldia before filing the nomination. During this, she said, 'I came to ask Didi that which daughter needs to be voted? Who thrashed an 80-yr-old woman? Who murdered BJP workers? Who doesn’t allow Durga idol immersion & Saraswati Puja? Who does Chandi Path when she comes to Nandigram & says Khela Hobe?'  In February mother of a BJP member was allegedly thrashed by TMC to which Irani has given an 80-year-old woman's reference. Irani rallied a new slogan in opposition to Banerjee’s: Nandigram says, ‘Jai Shree Ram'

Along with this, Smriti Irani also said, “I want to tell Didi…you do ‘khela’, Modi will do ‘poriborton and Didi’s ‘khela’ is big, she changes names of Centre’s schemes. ‘Great game!… You’ve done ‘khela’ with Bengal, Didi!” She further added that 'Didi is going from Bengal. Didi says that you must have played, yes you have played, you have played with human life, you have played with the stuff of Bengal.'
