Women are making a mark on every field but despite the fact that women account for the 57% of total workforce, there is something that is holding her back. No matter how educated or modern we are today, women equality is a far way destination. Still, there is so little contribution of women in the big names of the community. 

What are the facts holding females behind? It is to be mention here that due to the lack of female role models there is a significant impact on male’s perception towards girls. 

Studies have shown that females invest more of their time planning their family and kids instead of the career. Studies also support the fact that women are less ambitious than men. There's one more observation that girls are more inspired and enthusiastic than women. 

Lack of confidence, fear of failure and challenging male dominated society are some reasons why women hold her back. 

It's the responsibility of women to support other women, be a mentor to her, pushing her to be best of herself because only women understand women well. With little motivation and right career navigation women can do anything.
