The best time to do yoga is in the morning. After getting up early, one should do yoga and nothing should be eaten before yoga. However, many people lack time because of which they do yoga in the evening. If you are going to do yoga in the evening, then be careful that there is at least a two-hour gap between yoga and eating.

If you feel lethargic before starting yoga, then drink juice or glucose half an hour before yoga. If you have a habit of drinking tea in the morning then you can drink tea. Even after tea and 2 biscuits, you can practice yoga. If you are doing yoga well then you will definitely feel hungry. But after doing yoga, let the body calm down. Only then do heavy breakfast.
