Android users will get to see new features in the latest WhatsApp beta update. The Instant Messaging app has added voice note waveforms. Users will now see the waveform instead of the straight line in the voice message. This feature is visible in WhatsApp Android version 2.21.13.17 for all beta testers.

The latest WhatsApp beta update has also added the ability to forward in-app sticker packs to friends or family members. It is worth noting that this feature is already available to iPhone users. WhatsApp tracker WABetaInfo said it has seen in future updates that real-time waveforms will be described while recording voice messages. This means that the wave will be small or large depending on how loud your voice is.

At the same time, it was observed that with beta build 2.21.13.17 version, the business account on WhatsApp no longer mentioned an online status or 'last scene' message under their name as they normally did. Instead, it only shows "Business Account". WABetaInfo noted that it is still possible for iOS to see 'Last Scene' and online status from WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp and if this feature is still present with the next beta build, changes will also be made to the second version of WhatsApp.
