Facebook-owned giant social media Whatsapp is conducting a survey on the business firms which are running on the Whatsapp and calculating the number of spams received by the people relating to the business offer.

The company says that after this survey they will let business firms to interact with them directly on any issue and will also support them as a start up. However, till this time Whatsapp haven't designed any business app.

Startups can have a trial of their device via Whatsapp platform, which has 2 billion active users till now and in future, the count will raise.
