Mumbai: About a half year ago in Maharashtra, NCP Chief, and former CM Sharad Pawar snatched away the BJP's determined power. The result of this was that Uddhav Thackeray became the CM in November 2019, but now due to allegations of the same Sharad Pawar's NCP leader and State Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, the government is again facing a crisis. Party leaders, led by BJP leader and former CM Devendra Fadnavis, met Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari and handed over some evidence in sealed envelopes to them and demanded a CBI inquiry.

In such a situation, the memories of four decades ago are refreshed, when the Governor sacked the Sharad Pawar government, which was badly engulfed in law and order, and imposed President's rule in the state. BJP leader Mungantiwar has compared the current state of Maharashtra to 1980 when President's rule was imposed by dismissing Sharad Pawar's Progressive Democratic Front government in Maharashtra. He said that even after a situation like 1980, he is not the demanding imposition of the President's rule. Sudhir Mungantiwar said that the allegations by Parambir Singh are serious and cannot be taken lightly.

The Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP coalition government led by Maharashtra's Uddhav Thackeray is constantly being surrounded by fresh revelations happening every day in the case where gelatin sticks were found in a Scorpio vehicle outside Mukesh Ambani's residence. Param Bir Singh, who was removed from the post of Police Commissioner of Mumbai, has made serious allegations against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh for recovery of Rs 100 crore a month, with which the BJP has opened its front.
