Recently, the Bolero pickup driver drove the woman to death on Kachcha Bhagsar Road in the Muktsar district of Punjab after preventing him from molesting her. The husband of the deceased woman has informed that his wife (35) and daughter Dana used to go to work in the Market. On Sunday, when she reached near Marketi on Ballamgarh Road, a Bolero pickup came and some people in it started molesting the daughter.

When the wife opposed it, they all started fighting with her. Meanwhile, the driver drove away and the Bolero ran over the woman. She lost her life on the spot. Footage of the car was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the neighbourhood. On getting information about the incident, the outpost bus stand in charge Malkit Singh and in charge of police station Muktsar Inspector Mohan Lal also reached the spot and started taking action against the incident.
