The CEO of the San Francisco tech company 'Tradeshift,' Christian Lanng, has been accused of subjecting his executive assistant to sexual harassment by making her sign a contract to become his slave within a few months of hiring her. The victim, identified as Jen Doe in court documents, revealed in her complaint that she had been subjected to rape for years. She stated that she experienced physical pain from various forms of abuse, including being urinated on and having foreign objects inserted into her private parts.

According to the contract, the 'slave' was required to be available at all times to provide sexual favors whenever her master desired, and she was not allowed to refuse, regardless of her consent. Additionally, the contract specified that the girl could not express dissatisfaction or anger with her master, regardless of the circumstances. The document also mentioned punishments that the master could administer, ensuring that they would not cause death or permanent injury.

The victim claimed in her complaint that Lanng physically abused her to the extent of drawing blood and engaged in sexual exploitation using lifeless objects. She was forced to maintain a specific weight and appearance according to the contract's terms. The victim stated that the abusive relationship began after she was hired at Tradeshift and escalated over time. She reported the physical and sexual assaults after suffering from the harassment. Following the complaint, Tradeshift denied the allegations, and after a thorough investigation, they decided to terminate Christian Lanng from his position.

In an email statement, the company mentioned that several complaints had been received against Lanng, leading to the firm decision to terminate his employment. On the other hand, Lanng argued in court that their relationship was consensual and not coerced. He claimed that the entire case was fabricated and denied any sexual harassment during his tenure as CEO. The controversy surrounding Christian Lanng's actions draws parallels to the plot of the film "Fifty Shades of Grey," where a businessman coerces a woman into signing a contract for sexual purposes.
