Leonardo DiCaprio, the Oscar-winning actor, has spoken about a time when he was had to execute a scary stunt in real life. The actor stated in a new interview that during filming his new film 'Don't Look Up,' he leapt into an icy lake to save his dogs.

During an interview the 'Titanic' actor was encouraged by his castmates to tell the story. "The funniest part was that Leo has two rescue huskies that are full tornadoes. Director Adam McKay began by stating, "Jonah would email me photographs of your ripped-apart couch," provoking Jennifer Lawrence to urge, "Tell the cold lake story."

Jonah Hill said, "Basically they both fell in a frozen lake." "And then I went in," DiCaprio continued. "(Living in California) I didn't understand what you do at a frozen lake," the actor who plays Jordan Belfort in "The Wolf of Wall Street" added. "As soon as he pulled the one dog out of the pond, the second dog leapt in," Lawrence said. The actor went on to say that he and his huskies ended up in the water together, with his dogs licking one other.

"The other one began licking the drowning one, and suddenly we were all in the freezing lake together," Leonardo explained to the audience. Jennifer then revealed that the actor of 'The Revenant' stripped down in the car to warm up. "And I'm sure you're all curious, and I was too, since he went nude in the car right away," the actress from "The Hunger Games" added.

According to reports, DiCaprio's mistake in the lake was not the only disaster that occurred during the production of the science-fiction comedy. Lawrence experienced a couple of costume malfunctions on the set of the new film, which she had in front of Leonardo. "I spoke to a female astronomer as part of my research for the film," she told Vanity Fair in November regarding her personality.

"We kinda thought that Kate is the kind to be ferocious and 'notice me, hear me scream, rat-tat-tat' kind of women," the actress continued. Lawrence went on to say that she had to wear a sombre auburn wig and two nose rings that didn't stay in place, which was a costume nightmare. "And the nose rings...one just kind of hangs in there, and the other is a magnet," the 'Red Sparrow' actress said. "And I inhaled said magnet many, many times and had to spit it out in front of Leonardo DiCaprio."
