Patna: A video of senior IAS officer of Bihar cadre Dr N Vijaya Lakshmi dancing to Bharatnatyam is going viral. In this dance performance, IAS glorified Mata Durga. The video is dedicated to women and women's power. In the video, IAS officer Dr N Vijaya Lakshmi gave a presentation on 'Mool Durga'. The IAS officer started the Bharatnatyam dance during the Corona lockdown. Since then, she has been continuously uploading videos on her YouTube channel.
