Patna: Senior BJP leader and former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi attacked the Congress. He said that India is already united, so the purpose of the Bharat Jodo Yatra is to unite the party. Earlier on Tuesday, senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh had asked Lalu to join the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' for some time, so that it would send a good message to the country.

On this, the BJP leader said that Digvijay Singh can request Lalu Yadav to join the Congress Jodo Yatra. Congress is running the government in Bihar. In such a situation, he can be called. Nitish Kumar will also go to the rally on Thursday, but such visits will make no difference. Sushil Modi attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, saying he does not have the courage to go to Gujarat and Himachal. Rahul Gandhi knows that taking the rally to Gujarat will not yield any result, this rally is to unite the Congress party.

Sushil Kumar Modi claimed that in the last 10 years, people are leaving the Congress party. The party is a sinking ship and whoever is involved in the journey, his ship will definitely sink. Sushil Modi further said that the Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo attending the rally will not give a message, but an effective message will go only if Mamata Banerjee, Arvind Kejriwal or KCR join the yatra. He said that the Congress is talking about uniting the opposition party, but is seeking support from its alliance. The BJP leader also questioned the country's grand old party over the Congress president's elections. He said the party will elect a president whose power will be in the hands of Rahul Gandhi and the decision-making power will be with the Gandhi family.
