Recently, a case has emerged from Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh  which will blow your mind.  A Muslim woman was given Triple Talaq over the phone by her husband and after that she did Halala with father-in-law (father of the woman's husband) to marry again. According to the news, after all this, the woman was married to the first husband again and during this time the woman also became pregnant and gave birth to a child.

In this case, Shauhar expressed doubt that the child the woman has given birth is not her, but her father's and now Shauhar is not ready to keep the woman. In this case, now finally the woman has taken recourse to the court. According to the police, the victim was married on 30 September 2015 to a transporter living in Sambhal. After a few days of marriage, she was tortured for dowry. Fed up with harassment, the woman went to her maternal home. During this time the woman's husband divorced her over the phone. After this, on 24 December 2016, she was made to marry her father-in-law to get remarried.

In this case, the police further said that, "On the next day of Halala, the father-in-law divorced the woman and after that she began to complete the three months' 10 days of marriage. At the same time, during the 'Iddat', her husband made a forcible relationship with her and after the completion of the time of Iddat, the woman again married her first husband on 5 April 2017.
