Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone, both the rivalry actresses are approached for Aanand L. Rai's next but it seems that Katrina is not ready to share screen space with Deepika and is trying to get Anushka Sharma replaced DP.

According to a source, "Aanand L Rai had reportedly pulled the ultimate casting coup by signing on Katrina and Deepika for his next starring Shahrukh Khan. Deepika was reportedly the first one to be finalised for the film which will see SRK playing a dwarf. Katrina took a long time to say ‘yes. When Katrina Kaif finally said ‘yes’ a few days ago, she made it clear that she is still not comfortable with the idea of working with Deepika."

Added by an insider, "We all know that Ranbir Kapoor is the reason why these two actresses can’t stand each other. Now, Aanand L. Rai is in a sticky spot. Both roles are tailor made for Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif. The only name that has crossed Rai’s mind for a replacement for Deepika Padukone is Anushka Sharma."
