Abbas Mastan's 'Race' series is one the most popular film also it is the eighth highest grossing series in Bollywood. Abbas Mastan is all set for its third installment and this time Bollywood's superstar Salman Khan is seen interested to do this film.

Salman Khan showed his desire to do a grey character. So has asked the producers to approach him with the final and complete script. If Salman gives his consent to the script then it is for the first time in Salman's career to play negative role.

Sources said, "The script of ‘Race 3’ is in place. The makers will soon be meeting the actor for a reading of the same. This time around the action thriller will not be directed Abbas Mastan but a younger director will be handed the reigns. The reason behind this change is that the producers want the film to be taken a notch higher and more stylish."
