Justice Hrishikesh Rai's single-judge bench is going to pronounce the verdict in this case. Rhea had filed a petition in the Supreme Court that the case against her in Bihar should be transferred to Mumbai. Sushant's father had filed a case against Rhea at Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna. In this case, Sushant's father KK Singh has accused Rhea that, "She abetted Sushant for suicide". Since his allegations, the ED and Patna Police have been investigating the case.
