Imphal: The discontent of BJP MLAs against Manipur CM N Biren Singh seems to be increasing continuously. Now the third BJP MLA, P. Brojan Singh, has raised his voice of dissatisfaction. He resigned from the post of president of the Manipur Development Society. He is the third MLA on the list of those who have resigned. He is the MLA from Wangjing Tentha assembly constituency. In a letter addressed to CM Biren Singh, he has given the reason for his resignation as personal.

Let us tell you that this is the third resignation within the last one week. Earlier on April 13, MLA Thokchom Radheshyam Singh resigned from the post of advisor to the CM. Just four days after this, Karam Shyam also resigned from the post of chairman of the Manipur Tourism Corporation. Both had cited a lack of responsibilities as the reason behind their resignations from their respective posts.

It is being told that many BJP MLAs are reportedly camping in Delhi to give their complaints to the top leadership. These three MLAs are included in them only. The Manipur BJP is in trouble due to such developments. The state unit of the party has called a high-level meeting on Friday to resolve the infighting. According to media reports, the BJP's national spokesperson, Sambit Patra, can attend the meeting as he is also in charge of Manipur.
